Reports Overview
The Report module provides predefined reports for reservations, front desk, billing (including folio summary), housekeeping, and night audit. Use it to run folio, cash register, and night audit reports from one place. In the app, Report is a menu with categories you can choose.
Reservation Report
The Reservation Report shows all reservations matching the selected filters, with a summary of totals and breakdowns by market, source, and room type.
Frontdesk Report
The Frontdesk Report shows a snapshot of front-desk activity for a selected business date: arrivals, departures, in-house guests, and room status.
Billing Report
The Billing Report shows all billing items (charges) and payments for a selected date range, with a summary of total charges, total payments, and outstanding balance.
Housekeeping Report
The Housekeeping Report shows the current room status across the property, along with optional sections for out-of-order rooms, maintenance records, lost & found records, and housekeeping tasks.
Night Audit Report
The Night Audit Report shows a list of all audit runs with their key metrics, and lets you drill into the details of a specific run — revenue summary, payment summary, reservation summary, and occupancy statistics.
Guest Information Report
The Guest Information Report shows all in-house guests for a selected business date, including full profile details for both primary and additional guests on each reservation.
Trial Balance Report
The Trial Balance Report aggregates the night audit guest ledger by transaction code for a selected audit run, showing total debits, total credits, and the net balance per code.
Manager Report
The Manager Report is a consolidated daily summary for management, built from a night audit run. It shows occupancy, revenue, payments, outstanding balances, and breakdowns by transaction code, payment type, and room type.
